Order Processing Time
Order processing time is the period between when a customer places an order and when it is handed over to the delivery service. Generally, orders are shipped within 48 business hours of order confirmation and payment. Orders placed on weekends may experience delays. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding holidays. During holidays, we take steps to minimize shipment delays.

We currently offer delivery only within the U.K.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. Please note that this process may take longer during events or holidays. Tracking information may take 48 to 72 hours to update.

Returns
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your Ergonest, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, we do not offer refunds for any shipping or delivery charges in the following cases:
- Accidental order
- Better price available
- No reason given
- No longer needed or wanted
- Not compatible or not useful for intended purpose
- Ordered wrong style/size/color
- Damaged by the customer
Ensure the product is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will confirm it meets the return criteria.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@ergonest.co.uk. Note that returns from the UK warehouse require an appointment for doorstep pickup. Provide your receipt or proof of purchase and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, our After Sale Team will provide return instructions.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned treadmill, if it meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days. A partial refund will be given if the product is not in its original condition, has damage, or missing parts not caused by us, or is returned after 30 days from the delivery date. Accessories orders, such as Treadmill Mats, Detachable Handrails, Power Plugs, Remote Controls, and Safety Keys, are only eligible for partial refunds.
Return Process
If you return the product within 30 days from the delivery date, email contact@ergonest.co.uk with your order number or contact information provided when submitting the order. Our team will confirm your return based on the supplied details and request additional information, such as package and equipment images. We will confirm any return charges that must be paid before issuing the return label via email.
You will receive an email once we receive and check your return, letting you know if it has been approved or rejected. Refunds will be automatically transferred to your credit card or payment method within 3-5 days after the returned parcel is delivered to the return center.
Delay or Loss of Refund
If you have not received your refund, double-check your bank account. Contact your credit card company and your bank, as refunds can take time to process. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@ergonest.co.uk.
Exchange
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email contact@ergonest.co.uk and ship your product to our local warehouse.
Return Shipping Methods
There are two ways to return products:

Shipping by Yourself: Send the product to our nearest warehouse. Ask our customer service team for the address based on your country.

Pre-paid Return Label: This method will incur a return shipping fee of £20 or more for Z1, C1, P1, C2, and A1 Pro 230lbs, and £40 or more for A1 Pro 300lbs, X21, R1 Pro, and R2, depending on your location.
The delivery time for replacement goods may vary based on your residential address. Use a traceable shipping provider or get transportation insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Warranty
Ergonest offers a one-year warranty. We provide free returns and repairs within 30 days of the delivery date. If the product is returned within the warranty period but after 30 days, the customer is responsible for shipping charges to our maintenance center. We will repair and return the product free of charge.
