Am I too tall/short for the Chill Chair?
The Chill Chair will comfortably sit anyone from 5" to 6'4". If you are outside this range, we suggest shopping for a chair that better fits your build.
Are you able to feel the massage rollers while sitting?
No, the Chill Chair has smart roller technology to avoid this issue. On the control panel you can choose one of ten positons to set the rollers when not in use. This means no matter your height or build you will never feel the rollers while sitting.
What are the pre-programmed massage modes?
The Chill Chair comes with eight pre-programmed massage modes.

How do I power the Chill Chair?
Follow these three steps to ensure the Chill Chair is ready to operate. Firstly, make sure the wires at the base of the chair are connected. Second, make sure the Chill Chair is fully charged.
